Our services are customized to your specific needs, with close attention to the details of each project that we're involved with. We can service ALL generic and high-end/premium brands, commercial units (refrigerators, freezers, ovens, commercial toasters, etc.), and models of appliances, including Sub-Zero, Viking, Miele, Bosch, LG, Samsung, and Whirlpool.
No. No matter what the problem is, the customer is responsible for the service charge for the technician's time and the diagnostic. If you decide to go through with a repair - a service call will be applied toward labor.
Do you have an emergency call for the service on the same day?
Yes, we do have this option. The service fee will be higher than the regular one.
Do you sell parts?
No, we do not sell parts without future repair.
Do your technicians carry the parts with them, or do you have to order them?
Yes, our technicians bring the most common parts with them, but it depends on your appliance, brand, and the type of problem if they can repair the same day. Ordering the parts usually takes between 3-5 business days.
Do you apply service call forward repair?
Yes, if you agree with the repair.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, you can find our license number on our website.
What is your hourly rate?
We don't have an hourly rate. We charge labor depending on the work. Starting at $175 (which includes a service call fee of at least $75).
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept payments by cash, credit cards, and checks.
Do you provide a warranty for your parts and labor?
Yes, we provide 90 days on parts and 90 days on labor if we make the diagnostic and purchase the parts.
