No. No matter what the problem is, the customer is responsible for the service charge for the technician's time and the diagnostic. If you decide to go through with a repair - a service call will be applied toward labor.

Yes, we do have this option. The service fee will be higher than the regular one.
Do you sell parts?
No, we do not sell parts without future repair.
Do your technicians carry the parts with them, or do you have to order them?
Yes, our technicians bring the most common parts with them, but it depends on your appliance, brand, and the type of problem if they can repair the same day. Ordering the parts usually takes between 3-5 business days.
